Return and refund policy

I. As a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. This means that you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the items (or the last item, lot, or piece if the order contains multiple items or lots, as well as separately delivered pieces) by yourself or by third parties (excluding the carrier) indicated by you (the "withdrawal period"), without providing any reasons (the "statutory right of withdrawal").

II. To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must send your request to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires and return the item(s) to the indicated address within 14 days of sending your withdrawal request.

III. You can send your withdrawal request to the email info@inspiracao.store using the model withdrawal form as set out below. If you submit your withdrawal request electronically, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal request by email without undue delay.

IV. The user may be held liable if the value of the returned products decreases due to their handling (except when it is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products).

V. If you cancel your order in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal, the original shipping fee is refundable (excluding any additional costs that may arise due to your selection of an expedited delivery method different from the delivery method offered by the seller).

VI. All refunds, including shipping fees, if applicable, are processed within 14 days from the day the seller is informed of the cancellation request. The seller may withhold the refund until the returned item(s) is/are received or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the item(s), whichever comes first. All refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for your purchase, unless you expressly agree to use another payment method and provided that this payment method does not incur any costs for you.

VII. Please note that you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items, except for the costs related to the first return of an order, which will be borne by the sellers.

Return request form:

I. This term applies only to the voluntary return policy described in this returns and refunds policy and does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

II. Without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal, you can return your products within 90 days of purchase (the "voluntary return window"), subject to the exclusions indicated in Section 3 below. Please note that within 14 days of receiving the items, you benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal, as described above.

III. Return shipping is free for your first return of one or more eligible items for return on ALL orders within the voluntary return window. Subject to the exclusions indicated in Section 3 below. Please note that free return shipping applies only to your first return per order, regardless of whether this return is under your statutory right of withdrawal or the voluntary return policy. For the second and subsequent refunds of the same order, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products.

IV. For refunds of returned items, your refund will be processed after we receive the items and they are checked to ensure they have not been damaged or used.

V. To receive a full refund, you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned as new, unused, and complete. Please note that if the returned item has been used, is damaged, or has missing parts/accessories directly attributable to you, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the depreciation of the item up to the purchase price of the product.

VI. Delivery costs for your initial purchase, if any, are not refundable under this voluntary return policy, without prejudice to your legal rights, as described above.
